The Red Rose Suite
A perfect localization - only 100 meters to the sea, 150 meters to the main street/promenade of Sopot – monciak (abbreviation from name – Monte Cassino), which is a showpiece of Sopot and centerpiece of our city. The Monte Cassino Promenade is dedicated to pederastrians only, starts in the forest in upper Sopot and ends at the pier in lower Sopot.
The most beautiful place in Tricity with numerous restaurants, coffehouses, pubs and discotheques. Only 200 meters to the longest in Europe pier, 300 meters to train station, 50 meters to bus stop, 10 km to airport, 10 km to the center of Gdynia and Gdańsk. The Red Rose Suite is located at Grunwaldzka street (normal to promenade, pararell to sea coast).
In front of apartment house and along the Grunwaldzka street there is a lot of free parking places, however accesible for everyone, there is no distingueshed ones for each house. If you are lucky, you will be able to park your car 5 meters from suite.
The suite is placed on low ground floor and is equipped with bathroom with WC, shower, fridge, electric cordless kettle, two flat and panoramic TV 21 and 32 inches, cabel TV (55 channels) broadband internet, nuptial bed, 2 reclining sofas, chairs, table, electric cooker, microvave oven, dishes, cups, cleaners, clean bedding, blnakets, tovels. The flat has alarm system, antiburglar door, window grattiing in order to maximize the security of our guests.
Door lock is newly installed each time with arrival of new guests.

If the initial reservation is made, please send us 30% of payment during 3 days on owner’s account only respecting the price list.
If our client doesn’t transfer required prepayment during 3 days, the reservation is automatically canceled.
Direcly after receiving the prepayment we call you back and confirm reservation. After your arrival to Sopot, please visit Monte Cassino De Luxe Pension at Monte Cassino 50 street (on first floor, at the house entry videointercom on your right with description ‘Monte Cassino De Luxe’) in order to pay the rest and returnable deposit (300 PLN). It is always prepared for our guest arrival, the whole equipment is described. In case of any problems please contact to Monte Cassino De Luxe Pension. We will help you as much as we can in any case.
After your stay at he last day please prepare to departure the suite till 12. Our employee will arrive, check if something has been damaged, if not returns the deposit, you pass him the keys. If any damages will be spotted, the repair cost will be estimated on place and taken from deposit. The rest of deposit will be returned. If damage is greater then the deposit we will ask our guest to pay the rest.
The apartment’s owner don’t give back prepayments if the reservation is cancelled 7 days before the reservation. In other case (8-14 days) we repay you 50% of the prepayment, (more than 14 days) 70% of the sum. We do not refund money in case the stay will be shortened.
We offer you suite an we have no possibility to rent it to others potential guest. When our client transfer prepayments automatically confirms that our regulations are known to him/her and acceptable.
Our clients can always obtain help from Monte Cassino De Luxe Pension in case of any accident. We also offer our help for organizations issues like tickets for concerts, tournaments, car rental, trips or other needed information, which may occur useful during your stay in Sopot. We offer an English speaking tourist guide, which will show you the most beautiful places in Tricity for 100PLN per day
